Group Class Policies

Cancellations

Cancellations 10 days prior to the start of class will be given a refund minus a $15 processing fee.
Cancellation within 10 days of the course start date will result in you forfeiting 50% of your registration fee. There will be no tuition refund once class has started.
If an emergency arises (such as a sick or injured dog, a personal injury / sickness, or other family emergency), please contact us as soon as possible to start a conversation. You can email Jen@TheRightPaw.com or call us at 978-464-0429. We may have options available instead of a cancellation.

Missing / Late to Class

We allow up to 1 make up session per course.
If you can’t attend class, or will be late, please email your instructor.
Check our Facebook page and your email inbox for any weather-related cancellations.
Please do not bring a sick or injured dog to class. If your dog is sick or injured, please contact us by sending an email to Jen@TheRightPaw.com or calling us at 978-464-0429.

Transfers

Transfer to another course or private lessons that are requested 10 or more days prior to the course start date are granted without a transfer fee. Transfers within 10 days will be charged a $40 fee if we can not fill the course spot.
